As a board member of Li Wunungu and Chairperson of Mawurli and Wirriwangkuma Aboriginal Corporation, Warren provides strong leadership across community development, infrastructure projects, cultural matters, land management, and economic initiatives that benefit the four clan groups of the region.

Damien is from the Gundaji, Yanyula, and Marra clans of Borroloola, serving as a board member of Li Wunungu and CEO of Mawurli and Wirriwangkuma Aboriginal Corporation. With strong experience in organisational leadership, governance, and community development, Damien plays a pivotal role in guiding MAWA’s operations, programs, and partnerships, particularly in the context of infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience collaborating with government, industry, and community stakeholders, ensuring that the voices and priorities of Traditional Owners are represented in decision-making.

 Nick is a highly experienced civil construction and earthmoving professional with over 20 years of industry experience, delivering major infrastructure and construction projects across the Northern Territory. As the founder of DCT Australia, established in 2004, Nick has successfully built the business into a respected Darwin-based contractor with a strong workforce and a substantial plant fleet, recognised for delivering high-quality outcomes in both urban and remote environments.

Nick has extensive hands-on and leadership experience across a wide range of works including remote road construction and maintenance, subdivisions, bulk earthworks, housing and building platforms, drainage, utilities installation, and large-scale civil infrastructure projects. Under his leadership, DCT Australia has developed a strong reputation for reliability, safety, and consistent performance, completing projects on time and on budget while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Nick is well regarded for his ability to manage complex project delivery requirements, lead multidisciplinary teams, and build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. He also has proven experience working alongside Traditional Owners and remote communities, ensuring projects are delivered respectfully and in line with community expectations.

Anastasi is an experienced construction professional with over 11 years of hands-on and managerial experience delivering major civil and building projects that significantly contribute to community development across the Northern Territory. Anastasi played a key role in the growth of DCT Australia, advancing from operational roles into senior management while overseeing the successful delivery of more than $70 million in infrastructure projects for the NT Government. These projects include remote roads, subdivisions, housing, utilities upgrades, and complex community facilities, all while engaging with traditional owners. Anastasi also serves as a board member of Li Wunungu, Business Development Manager of DCT Australia, and Vice Chair of the Extractive Industry Association and Civil Construction Federation Northern Territory.
